Book Cases Four

Here's some seriously cool ones that make me very jealous. How lovely it would be to have that kind of space for book cases ... well, I do, but have to climb up a ladder into the loft to get to them.

These belong to Petr Kotrle who is the Czech translator of my books. And in that respect he must be doing a good job since The Skinner won the Salamander there (an Academy Award) and Gridlinked was shortlisted.

Obscenely tidy. And quite smart.

This'll cheer you up Neal. Gordon Brown has started pissing himself after tough meetings.

Isn't it wonderful having a retarded, incontinent, inept bumbling fool in charge of the country. Make me feel all warm and fuzzy. Or possibly that's my state sanctioned opiates kicking in.

You may know most of these books but not recognize them since the majority are German translations.

As you would probably guess, I took the effort to clean up my desk for these pictures. :-)

Yes, Paul. The statement is made there that Gordon Brown is no longer fit for purpose. I'd argue that he never was.

XiXiDu, bloody hell I've started something now!

Vaude, you'll see some of that when I get round to taking some photographs up in my loft (though I don't think I have any Ace Doubles). But first I've got another two lots of other people's book shelves to ... put up.

That is one exceptionally cool bookcase :) If only my bed wasn't in the way I'd be able to duplicate that!

Envious.

All great words that spring to mind right now...

Oh my! Really the best shelves ever. I used to live in a room with walls like that, boy would I have liked those shelves... so far the best-book-case-award clearly goes to Czechia. :-)
